Prism Johnson has acquired 62,500 equity shares representing 0.07% in the total paid-up equity share capital of Silica Ceramica, a subsidiary of the Company. The balance 8,65,45,783 equity shares representing 99.93% of the total paid up equity share capital of Silica, are already held by the company. Consequent to aforesaid acquisition, Silica has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company effective October 9, 2019.
