DCM is going to review various options for restructuring of engineering business/ securing strategic/ financial partner for which meeting of Board of Directors is proposed to be held on October 21, 2019.

In view of adverse conditions and inter-alia slowdown in auto sector, company is not able to continue normal operation in 'DCM Engineering Product' situated at Village Arson, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, Punjab.
