Fortis Healthcare has informed that the Human Resources and Remuneration Committee of the company has, on September 11, 2012, allotted 23,720 equity shares of Rs.10 each, to the grantees, upon exercise of vested stock options, under the Employee Stock Option Plan 2007 of the company.
Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the company has gone up to Rs. 4,052,034,350 divided into 405,203,435 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
