Indian Hotels Company’s Quilon wins Michelin star

Indian Hotels Company’s (IHCL) iconic brand -- Taj’s prestigious Indian restaurant, Quilon, in London, has been awarded a Michelin star for the thirteenth successive year in the Michelin Guide for restaurants in 2020.

Quilon prides itself on South-west coastal Indian cuisine and was first awarded a Michelin star in 2008, putting the restaurant firmly on the international food-lovers map.

Indian Hotels Company and its subsidiaries are collectively known as Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces and recognized as one of Asia's largest and finest hotel company. It operates in the luxury, premium, mid-market and value segments of the market.
