KNR Constructions falls after NHAI terminates concession agreement of SPV

KNR Constructions is currently trading at Rs. 225.30, down by 0.55 points or 0.24% from its previous closing of Rs. 225.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 222.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 225.90 and Rs. 221.50 respectively.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 303.30 on 28-May-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 169.50 on 26-Oct-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 236.35 and Rs. 220.40 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3173.73 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 55.17%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 33.84% and 10.99% respectively.

National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has terminated concession agreement of KNR Constructions’ SPV -- KNR Chidambaram Infra with effect from April 11, 2019.

KNR Constructions is a multi-domain infrastructure project development company providing (EPC) engineering, procurement and construction services across various fast growing sectors namely roads & highways, irrigation and urban water infrastructure management.
