Nitta Gelatin India has informed that the Trading Window, vis-a-vis trading in shares of the Company, will remain closed from 26th October 2019, since the Company proposes to hold its Board Meeting on 04th November 2019 and thereafter publish the approved unaudited results for the quarter ended 30.09.2019. The window shall open 48 hours after the Board Meeting is held, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations. The Designated persons shall not therefore deal with the securities of the Company during the period when the window is closed.
