In compliance of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, IDBI Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 1348592550 and 1295706568 equity shares to Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) and Government of India (GoI) respectively at a price of Rs 35.17 per share (inclusive of premium amount of Rs 25.17 per share) aggregating up to Rs 4743 crore to LIC and Rs 4557 crore to GoI, through Preferential Issue on October 23, 2019.
