Alps Industries settles dues with J&K Bank under OTS

Alps Industries has settled under One Time Settlement (OTS) with Jammu & Kashmir Bank (J&K Bank) for settlement of all their dues towards company as per no dues certificate dated October 25, 2019.

J&K Bank and the company in order to avoid any delays, apprehensions, concerns, and risks inherent have agreed to settle the DUES. Intention of Parties is also to eliminate any future disputes and secure mutual discharge and complete release from any obligation or liability of whatsoever nature on the part of either party.

Alps Industries began with manufacturing home furnishing items and table and bed linen for the hotel industry in the domestic market and subsequently commenced exports of the said items.
