Pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation 2015, Amalgamated Electricity Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled on Monday, 11th November, 2019, to consider and to take on record the Un-Audited Financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2019. In continuation to its letter dated 01-10-2019 and as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (the code), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Insiders (Directors/ Employees) covered under the said code of the company from October 01, 2019 till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results of the Company.
