Dhanlaxmi Bank reports 82% rise in Q2 net profit

Dhanlaxmi Bank has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2019.

The Bank has reported 81.65% rise in its net profit at Rs 22.07 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 12.15 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the Bank increased by 22.11% at Rs 276.85 crore for Q2FY20 as compared Rs 226.73 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

The Bank’s gross NPA for the July-September quarter of the current fiscal improved to 7.06%, as compared to 7.81% in the same quarter of the previous year. Besides, Bank’s Net NPA stood at 1.65% in Q2FY20.
