Lemon Tree Hotels’ material subsidiary -- Fleur Hotels Private (FHPL) has acquired 100% share capital of Berggruen Hotels and now it has become a wholly owned subsidiary of FHPL and an indirect subsidiary of Lemon Tree.
Lemon Tree Hotels is India’s largest hotel chain in the mid-priced hotel sector, and the third largest overall, on the basis of controlling interest in owned and leased rooms, as of June 30, 2017.
