In continuation to the disclosure made by the company on 29th June, 2019 and 25th October, 2019 on acquisition of 100% shareholding of Berggruen Hotels (Keys Hotels) by Fleur Hotels Private Limited (FHPL), material subsidiary of the Company, Lemon Tree Hotels has informed that FHPL has acquired 100% share capital of Keys Hotels on November 01, 2019, and Keys Hotels has become a wholly owned subsidiary of FHPL and an indirect subsidiary of Lemon Tree.
