National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has terminated Concession Agreements with IRB Infrastructure Developers’ wholly owned subsidiaries -- IRB PP Project and IRB PS Highway -- with effect from May 15, 2019 as per Clause 4.5 of respective Concession Agreements.

IRB Infrastructure Developers undertakes development of various infrastructure projects in the road sector through several special purpose vehicles.
