Prism Johnson has agreed to acquire 15,00,000 equity shares at a price of Rs 35 each aggregating to Rs 5.25 crore constituting 15% in the total paid-up equity share capital of Sanskar Ceramics. Subsequent to acquisition, the shareholding of the company in Sanskar will be directly 15% and indirectly 17.5%.

Prism Johnson (formally known as Prism Cement) is a building materials company. The company has interest in Portland cement, tiles, bathroom and kitchen (TBK) and ready mixed concrete (RMC).
