Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Bhoruka Aluminium has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 14th November, 2019, to consider and approve and take on record the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter / Half year ended 30th September, 2019. As informed vide its letter dated September 30, 2019, the ‘Trading Window’ in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) was closed from 1st October, 2019 and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the results.
