Indiabulls Financial Services has informed that at the court-convened meeting of the secured creditors of the company, held on September 15, 2012, the secured creditors of the company have approved the scheme of arrangement amongst the company and Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors. The scheme of arrangement is now subject to the final approval by the Honble High Court of Delhi at New Delhi.
