Adani Transmission has incorporated two new wholly owned subsidiary companies namely, ‘Arasan Infra’ and ‘Sunrays Infra Space’ on November 5, 2019. Both the companies are yet to commence its business operations.

The companies were incorporated for transmission, distribution and supply of power and other infrastructure services relating thereto.

Adani Transmission is a holding company. The company operates as a power transmission company. It is engaged in transmission of electric energy and trading of castor oil.
