Allahabad Bank has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2019.
The bank has reported net loss of Rs 2114.06 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net profit of Rs 1,822.71 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the bank increased by 4.81% at Rs 4,622.90 crore for Q2FY20 as compared Rs 4,410.72 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On the consolidated basis, the bank has reported net loss of Rs 2103.19 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net profit of Rs 1816.19 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the bank increased by 5.19% at Rs 4,725.23 crore for Q2FY20 as compared Rs 4,492.23 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
