Karnataka Bank board decides the raise of capital funds

Karnataka Bank has informed that at the meeting of the board of directors of the company held on September 14, 2012 the matter of raising the capital funds was discussed. The board, after deliberations, decided not to raise equity capital. It was further decided to augment the capital funds by issue of Tier - 2 bonds.
