DCW has raised funds through allotment of fourteenth tranche of 415 Unrated Unlisted Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs 1,00,000 aggregating to Rs 4.15 crore on a private placement basis on November 08, 2019. The Committee of Board of Directors of the company has approved the same.
