Cyber Media has dissolved its wholly owned subsidiary, CyberMedia India LLC and step down wholly owned subsidiary, TDA Group Inc., both incorporated under the laws of USA.
These have been loss making entities. The dissolution of the aforesaid subsidiaries will not affect any business/ accounting policies. Consequent upon the said dissolution, CyberMedia India LLC and TDA Group Inc. ceased to be the subsidiaries of the company.
