17 Sep 2012 Evaluate

Halonix’s workmen at the Dehradun plant have participated in an illegal work stoppage from September 14, 2012. To prevent the incidents of general indiscipline as well as involvement of and trespass by external elements, the company had no option but to resort to a lock out effective September 16, 2012.

This was considered necessary to ensure the safety of the Company's personnel and property.

Halonix, previously known a Phoenix Lamps, was promoted in the year 1991 as an Indo- Japanese joint venture. It is counted amongst the most preferred manufacturers and suppliers of compact fluorescent lamps for general lighting and halogen lamps for automotive.
