Centrum Capital’s board has approved the issue of principal protected, secured, rated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible, market-linked debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis in one or more tranches/ series/ types aggregating upto Rs 100 crore. The Fund Raising Committee of the Board of Directors at its meeting held November 13, 2019 has approved the same.
