In furtherance to the intimation dated 31st October, 2019 in the matter of receipt of Letter of Intent (LOI) by the Company for two new Transmission Projects - Lakadia Banaskantha Transco and Jam Khambaliya Transco, Adani Transmission has informed that the Company has signed Share Purchase Agreements with REC Transmission Projects Company Limited on 13th November, 2019 for acquisition of its entire stake in Lakadia Banaskantha Transco (LBTL) and Jam Khambaliya Transco (JKTL).
