CIAN Agro Industries & Infrastructure has informed that the Company has submitted its Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter & half year ended 30th September, 2019 on 14th November, 2019 through sock exchange portal. However, while reviewing the financials, the Company realized that, due to inadvertent typographical error, on the covering letter date of meeting mentioned as14th August,2019, instead of 14th November, 2019 & in the Results submitted earlier with outcome; only a single page of Statement of Consolidated Cash Flow was forget to attached; though it was prepared within stipulated time period. However, due to such revision there is no impact on the Profits of the Company for the said period. The Company wishes to state that there being no malafide intention involved on the part of Company. Further, except the above, there is no revision in the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter & half year ended 30th September, 2019 as on that date as submitted earlier.
