Nirlon has infromed that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company, will be closed with effect from Wednesday, January 1, 2020 to Monday, February 10, 2020 after the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results for the 3rd Quarter ended on December 31, 2019.
