S, IAS (DIN 07887010), Non Executive, Non Independent Director nominated by Tamilnadu Industrial Development Corporation (TIDCO), has resigned from the Board of the company consequent to withdrawal of his nomination by TIDCO. As per Section 168 of the Companies Act 2013, the resignation is effective from 18th November 2019, being the date of receipt of the letter of resignation.
