The Provisional Completion Certificate has been issued by the authority and has declared the project fit for entry into operation as on November 18, 2019 and completed 184 days prior to the schedule completion date of the said Project. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its designated employees, immediate relatives, specified person and connected person shall be closed from November 18, 2019 to November 20, 2019.
