No. L/SURV/ONL/PV/ZS/ 2019-2020 / 84, with regard to the movement in price of the Company's securities, Steel Exchange India has informed that there is no information/ announcement, including impending announcement, to be made by the Company which, in its opinion, may have a bearing on the price movement in the Company's scrip. Hence, it is unable to comment on the significant movement in the price of Company's security across Exchanges in the recent past and the Management of the Company is in no way connected with any such price movement.
