Kalpataru Power Transmission has completed the sale of its entire stake in one of the subsidiary viz. Kalpataru Satpura Transco to CLP India on November 20, 2019 after obtaining the requisite regulatory and other approvals and compliance with condition precedents. Consequently, Kalpataru Satpura Transco ceased to be the subsidiary of the company effective November 20, 2019.
