EIH has informed about receipt of intimation for loss of share certificate under Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2015. Duplicate share certificate will be issued only on receipt of complete documents from the members as to indemnity etc. to the satisfaction of Stakeholders Relationship Committee and its final approval, within 30 days of such lodgments of complete documents.
