India Radiators has informed about loss of share certificate and issue of duplicate share certificate pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of LODR Regulations, 2015. The Company enclosed the email communication received from its RTA, Cameo Corporate Services in this regard on 29-11-2019 and the information received from the shareholder. The Company is in the process of issuing duplicate share certificate to the shareholder after compliance of required formalities.
