Automotive Axles has informed that the Company enclosed herewith the copies of letter sent to shareholders on 25th November, 2019 and newspaper advertisement given by the Company as per the provisions of the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 and section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 requesting the shareholders to claim the unclaimed/unpaid dividend so as to save/ protect their shares being transferred to IEPF Suspense Account under IEPF Authority which were published in English daily ‘Financial Express’ and also in vernacular newspaper ‘Andolana’ on 29th November, 2019, in compliance with the above mentioned Rules.
