In related to the article that has appeared in the economictimes.indiatimes.com dated December 02, 2019 captioned Apollo Tyres partners with Al-Jomaih Tyres to enter Saudi Arabia; Apollo Tyres has informed that this announcement by the Company is related to its tie-up with a distributor in Saudi Arabia for sales in Saudi Arabia only, through its wholly owned step-subsidiary in Middle East. The tie-up does not have any material impact on the Company as the current sales of Saudi Arabia is less than 0.5 % of Company’s Turnover. The Company would, as in the past, promptly inform the stock exchanges and the shareholders about any material development and/or about any event or information which may have a bearing on the performance/ operations of the Company, as well as, price sensitive information as per the regulatory requirements under Regulation 30 and 51 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
