GAIL (India) has been awarded as ‘Project Management Company of the Year’ for successfully completing phase 1 of the Pradhan Mantri Urja Ganga pipeline project. The company successfully completed the first phase of the Jagdishpur - Haldia Bokaro-Dhamra and Barauni - Guwahati natural gas pipeline, popularly known as the Pradhan Mantri Urja Ganga pipeline project using advanced tools for project management, high precision HDD river crossings through two major rivers like Son and Ganga, within timelines and budget, while maintaining the highest safety standards during its execution.
