Ansal Housing sells entire stake in Enchant Constructions

Ansal Housing has completed the transfer of 100% equity Shares held in Enchant Constructions pursuant to the execution of Share Transfer Deeds dated November 28, 2019, with the buyers namely, Bhupender Singh, M.G. Chemoil, Harrison Mercantile and Beach Financial Services. Subsequent to the aforesaid transaction, Enchant Constructions has ceased to be a wholly owned subsidiary of Ansal Housing with effect from December 5, 2019.
