Ecoplast’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Synergy Films has shut down the Guwahati Plant for being economically unviable with effect from December 7, 2019. During FY19, the aforesaid plant had contributed income of around Rs 9.21 crore & 9% to the consolidated total income of the company.
Ecoplast is in the business of manufacturing and selling polyethylene films for flexible packaging and other specialty applications.
