KNR Constructions surges on winning order worth Rs 165.67 crore for project in Hyderabad

KNR Construction is currently trading at Rs. 227.25, up by 2.55 points or 1.13% from its previous closing of Rs. 224.70 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 228.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 228.70 and Rs. 226.00 respectively.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 303.30 on 28-May-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 181.10 on 10-Dec-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 235.75 and Rs. 224.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3159.67 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 55.17%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 33.84% and 10.99% respectively.

KNR Constructions has received a work order for around Rs 165.67 crore from the Chief Engineer (M) Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC), Hyderabad. The project is for ‘Comprehensive Road Maintenance Plan for maintenance of main road in Khairtabad Zone - I of GHMC under Comprehensive Road Maintenance Contract (CRMC) for 5 years’.
