Aster DM Healthcare through its Subsidiary -- Aster DM Healthcare FZC has completed acquisition of 80% stake in Premium Healthcare, UAE on December 5, 2019 and confirmation received by the company from Dubai International Financial Centre Authority (DIFCA) on December 08, 2019.
