Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved the acquisition of stake in Future Supply Chain Solutions by Nippon Express (South Asia & Oceania). The proposed combination pertains to the acquisition by Nippon Express of around 22% of the total issued and paid up share capital of Future Supply, on a fully diluted basis.

Future Supply Chain Solutions is one of the largest third-party logistics service provider in India. Their services include automated and IT-enabled warehousing, distribution and other logistics solutions.
