Sadhana Nitro Chem has informed that pursuant to Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, every listed entity shall submit within 30 days from the date of publication of its standalone and consolidated financial results for the half year, disclosures of related party transactions on a consolidated basis, in the format specified in the relevant accounting standards for annual results to the stock exchanges. The Company enclosed herewith the disclosures regarding Related Parties Transactions on a consolidated basis as per relevant accounting standards for the half year ended 30th September, 2019 which was approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 13th November, 2019.
