Karnataka Bank has launched a novel public awareness initiative as part of its CSR activities by flagging of the Mangalore Express (12133/34) train at Mangaluru Junction railway station adorning the exterior of the train.
The train is vinyl wrapping carrying messages exclusively promoting civic values touching areas like Swachh Bharat, Conservation of water, Girl Child Education, Protection of Heritage and Culture, Use of renewable sources of energy, Promoting environmental sustainability etc.
Karnataka Bank operates as a private sector bank. Its products and services include current account, demand, time, cumulative, cash certificates, insurance linked savings bank deposits, resident foreign currency accounts and senior citizens deposit schemes.
