Future Supply Chain Solutions has completed the sale of entire investment held in wholly owned subsidiary -- Vulcan Express on December 12, 2019. Consequent to the said divestment, Vulcan has ceased to be subsidiary of the Company with effect from the said date. Since the net worth of Vulcan being negative, the consideration received is insignificant but not less than the net asset value.

Future Supply Chain Solutions is one of the largest third-party logistics service provider in India. Their services include automated and IT-enabled warehousing, distribution and other logistics solutions.
