In continuation of letter no. MSTC/CS/SE/91 dated 30th November, 2019 regarding appointment of Surinder Kumar Gupta as Chairman and Managing Director of the company, MSTC has informed that in pursuance of the Ministry of Steel letter No. F.No. 8/1/2018-BLA dated 11th October, 2019, Surinder Kumar Gupta has assumed the charge of the post of Chairman & Managing Director (MD) of the company with effect from 17th December, 2019 (forenoon). As per the said letter, the tenure of Gupta shall be upto the date of his superannuation, that is, 31st December, 2023, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. This is in compliance of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
