Vascon Engineers’ Joint Venture (JV) -- Ajanta Enterprises has sold a piece of land admeasuring 30955.29 square meters situated at Survey No 40/41/59 Plot No 7 at Kharadi Village, Pune, to Pune BP Development for a gross consideration of Rs 170 crore. The sale deed was executed on December 17, 2019 and net of TDS, the entire consideration has been received by Ajanta Enterprises.
