L&T Finance Holdings gains on raising Rs 300 crore through non-convertible preference shares

L&T Finance Holdings is currently trading at Rs. 116.90, up by 0.40 points or 0.34% from its previous closing of Rs. 116.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 116.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 117.40 and Rs. 115.75 respectively. So far 84431 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 159.20 on 21-Dec-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 78.60 on 09-Oct-2019.

L&T Finance Holdings has issued non-convertible preference shares on a private placement basis to raise up to Rs 300 crore. The company has issued up to 30,000,000 cumulative compulsorily redeemable non-convertible preference shares of Rs 100 face value aggregating up to Rs 300 crore on a private placement basis. The preference shares carry dividend rate of 7.50 per cent per annum payable annually.

L&T Finance Holdings is a financial holding company offering a diverse range of financial products and services across the corporate, retail and infrastructure finance sectors, as well as mutual fund products and investment management services, through its direct and indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries.
