Pursuant to the Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), Dollar Industries has informed that the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives as prescribed in Schedule B of the regulations from 1st January, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results to the Stock Exchanges for the quarter ending on 31st December, 2019.
