Huhtamaki PPL has informed that In reference to letter dated 4th December 2019, where it had attached intimation sent to Exchange, of record date and payment date for redemption of 7% 3850 Non- Convertible Debentures (NCDs) aggregating to 385 Crores and payment of interest thereon. Also enclosed further intimation given to the Exchange certifying payment of principal amount and interest thereon in respect of said NCDs on payment date, 20th December 2019. The said NCDs have been redeemed in full. The said NCDs are listed on National Stock Exchange of India .
