Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III (Part A (7) of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Huhtamaki has informed that Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 20th December 2019 approved the appointment of Seema Modi as an Additional Independent Director of the Company with effective from 1st January 2020 for a period of five years, subject to approval of shareholders. Also affirmed that Seema Modi has not been debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order of Securities and Exchange Board of India or such other authorities. The details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 are given in enclosed Annexure.
