Apollo Tyres has informed that in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and pursuant to the Company's ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading By Designated Persons’, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all Concerned Persons with effect from January 1, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter/ nine months period ending December 31, 2019.
